Procedure for receiving bicycles for repair:
** In order to receive warranty service, an invoice and warranty must be presented, with a chassis number and a battery number on arrival at the laboratory **
A customer who does not come with these forms will be treated without warranty.
When you bring the bike to the laboratory, a treatment form will be filled out with the customer’s details.
If there are costs to pay the customer is asked to approve payment before the repair.
Upon completion of the treatment, the customer will be notified of termination of employment.
Bikes that are not within warranty and need to be diagnosed will be charged NIS 240 per test cost, which will be deducted from the cost of the repair.
